ESG is a buying cooperation decidated to companies in the tradeshow management/design and event industry. Our special focus is on the extraordinary procurement structures of the industry. . .

As a result, the portfolio of our more than 200 contract suppliers generates services and products for businesses whose core competences are primarily in disciplines such as individual tradeshow design, but also in the event sector. Our comprehensive catalog comprises classic merchandise such as wood, rental furniture, tradeshow logistics, flooring, event and media technology, as well as individual services including mobile phone services, landline telephony and insurance policies for the special risk structures of the event industry.

The agreements negotiated between ESG and its respective partners generate benefits for both parties. As a result, the relationships between tradeshow design companies, event agencies and suppliers is completely ESG listings autonomous in terms of processing and handling. It goes without saying that participants are under no obligation as they select suppliers and customers. They retain 100 % of their entrepreneurial decision-making discretion. It is the objective of ESG to render support to business in the procurement of merchandise and to offer these services to a special market segment. Its services are designed for event industry enterprises. It is the continuation of a success story that began in 1991, the year the company was founded.

One of the core tasks handled by the ESG team is the performance of daily research for new procurement opportunities and changes in the needs structures of the event industry. Consequently, we communicate daily with our affiliated companies and contract suppliers so that we can take these changes into account in a timely manner, yielding even greater benefit potentials for our member companies. The related activities are highly comprehensive and are executed in many different ways. In everything we do, sharing experiences and ideas with ESG member companies is always our foremost priority. The creation of dedicated action teams, who, cooperation with our Market Analysis Business Unit secure potential purchasing advantages and supplier meetings, strengthens the creation of win-win situations. This approach allows our member companies to actively participate in our listing policies.

ESG perceives itself as a specialized procurement organization of the event industry. As a result, it consolidates the purchasing volumes of tradeshow design companies, marketing event agencies and store construction companies for  both, the domestic and the international procurement market, through the principle of cooperation. The concentration of revenues resulting from this volume and the bundling of the former on the supplier pool generates benefits for everyone involved. Consequently, all of ESG’s daily activities are guided by its founding mission statement: Purchasing creates profits – and it’s great if everyone reaps the benefits. Satisfying the purchasing needs of our affiliated companies by constantly updating our pool of suppliers, safeguarding favorable net pricing and special terms through master agreements, generating increased demand for our contract suppliers, boosting of sales, creation of added value/benefits for affiliated companies and contract suppliers, enhancing our know-how leadership on a daily basis by updates to our Intranet – these are only some of the things members of ESG have at their disposal domestically and internationally on a daily basis.
